My main take was the stickers on the sides that are the length of the device will be a pain to replace. Very similar once inside though.
I'll be as interested to see the new joycon tear down, repaired more of those than I can think of at this point.

I have just cancelled mine and ordered elsewhere, no change in status was still showing Saturday.

Yeah if you didn't get a Dispatch email from Amazon around midnight last night (like I did for some screen protectors) then you're not getting the NS2 today.

Yeah that’s what I thought.
Still kept the accessories from Amazon as I’m not that bothered when they arrive.
I have noticed there are two Mario micro sd express cards, Samsung and Sandisk, do you think there’s any difference?

Reading elsewhere seems like Argos and Smyths are good to go for order and collect today, even Costco if you have one near you.
I haven't looked up Express cards yet and did a quick search on Amazon. Can't see any Mario branded ones on there. If there's a price difference where you're looking at them then it might be one has slightly higher top speeds for read and write.

yeah I noticed this too, i'm going away on a family weekend trip to burnham this weekend and I am rather tempted for some mariokart once the kids go to bed....
I don’t preorder as was in no rush to get the Switch 2 but I did jump on Argos this morning expecting all the stock to be gone but to my surprise, there was stock.
I had a £30 gift card for Argos left over so ended up getting the Mario Kart bundle for £400 and it’ll be delivered today!

I've just secured a collection from 4pm at Argos.. did it on my Argos card just incase Amazon dispatch/charge me.
Don't want to cancel as there's every chance Argos may bugger this up too.

Oddly they're showing as available for delivery tomorrow just to order... yet mine still says Sat delivery
Lesson here is, if they are going to deliver anything by DPD for launch day then you won’t get it on launch day if you live in Northern Ireland.

I only snuck a last minute preorder in a few days ago with Amazon and to be fair to them the date was always Saturday. Just managed to arrange for one to be collected from Argos today, seems a no-brainer when I need to go there later anyway.
No waiting, not that I’m bothered about that, but more importantly no chance of getting shafted by any couriers. Plus I’m a bit of a collector, I like to keep all my console boxes and usually my Amazon orders arrive somewhat mangled.
Fair play to Nintendo for managing the stock situation pretty well all in all. I thought it was going to be much worse than this.
