Not a very good day yesterday, but today is forecast to be worse with just 30 kWh :(

Yesterday

SolarEdge: 14.6 kWh
Garage: 14.27 kWh
North west roof: 14.83 kWh
House rear wall: 3 kWh
Peak power was 12.92 kW at 14:08

Yeah. ******* down crazy here.

Today is so bad I'm not at the top of the pvoutput table!!!

Predicted 68.92kWh.

Still a while until I hit net zero for the year, the extra solar only came online on 29th April.

Indeed, I think you'd need a mega system or be low consumption to end up positive for the whole year. Having an EV hurts it. Last year I was 3k imported.
Be interesting how I get on, I added more solar last autumn, but also got an EV in January.

We're at 3226kWh imported and 3902 exported in 2025 so far. We have an EV but our use spikes in summer with the air con and will now in winter with the heat pump.

I expect we'll import north of 8000kWh and export much less from now on overall.

Your new heat pump will probably use more ;)

Despite generating 8000kwh last year we still import more than we export. That’s what happens when you have an EV and heat pump. We are cost negative mind and that’s all that matters.
Yeah, 2 EVs, 2 heatpumps (a2a) and a server rack... i dont have enough roof to be year round net negative I dont think!
