*** The Official Nintendo Switch 2 ***

Think I've experienced similar ... played some Tetris 99 today and I would sometimes "drop" a block when I hadn't touched anything.

The sticks do seem sensitive though with very little, if any deadzone. Not seen anything weird on calibration.

I think the sticks are super sensitive.

I’ve been switching between original joycons and Switch 2 ones when playing MKW with the kids. (They demand the new ones!)
I find it almost impossible to ‘lay’ a green shell / bomb / banana etc, and stay in a straight line with a Switch 2 joycon.
No problem with the OG Switch ones though.

The bigger size is much better and more comfortable when playing for extended periods in handheld. Ran the battery down playing MKW last night without realising how long I’d been on. On the original switch my hands would have been aching.

So, now people have had these in their hands a few days, whats the general consensus. Ive still managed to hold of getting one for now but keep checking offered and stock like ive convinced myself its going to happen at some point.

I've not tried the joycons yet cos I've only played it docked.

So far I've just used the pro controller 2 and my old pro controller 1. Both work very well.
Might try it out of the dock later to test the joy cons

I’m not a fan of the Zelda games, I found them boring.

Mario Odyssey is probably the stand out game for me.

Top of my ‘underrated gems’ list is Mario Vs Rabbids Kingdom Battle.

Fantastic game, think Xcom but Mario style. As it’s a Ubisoft title you should be able to pick up the gold (includes expansion) edition for a few £.

There is also a sequel called ‘sparks of hope’ which is more of the same if you like it.

Hurray! Managed to get one off the big rainforest.

Now to try and find a cheap copy of Pokemon Violet.

kirby and the forgotten land is still my biggest "where did that come from?" Switch 1 game, so if you like your platforms go for that but I would wait for the Switch 2 edition of that game.

I'd completely forgotten about Luigi's Mansion, now on the lookout for it in MM :D

Looked on Reddit a couple of hours ago and somebody had 3 bottles of hair conditioner delivered instead of a Switch 2 ;)
Not happy at all last night but at least I have got it all sorted now which is the main thing.
Will be recording my pickup from Amazon drop off. From walking up, typing in code given to opening door. If it’s not the console, then I don’t know how they can get around that one.
