I generally visit dekudeals as an indicator where to look for deals on games.
As for specific games, which are either S2 patched or have enhanced editions. Pickings are slim at the moment. There are numerous links to these in this thread.

I suppose it depends on what kinda games you enjoy?
The eShop typically sorts games by popularity, so if you go to 'Current Offers' the first bunch of games on sale there can probably be considered 'good'. I'd look up scores/switch reviews for anything that interests you, or get opinions here.
