One thing im discovering very quickly with AM5 is too much voltage is just as bad as not enough, you shouldnt need 1.6v VDD, that kit is A Die that you are using, my M Die kit needs 1.58v for 8000, id expect your kit to do it at 1.55v, maybe less, up your SOC volts, and whats your VDDIO at ? ive also found VDDP makes a big difference, dont be afraid to put that to 1.10v even if it comes up red when you select it, they are safe upto 1.15v maybe more, ive never tried beyond that.
Managed to post today on the latest beta bios for my Gene FCLK at 2200, 1.2v SOC failed to post, 1.15v failed to post, 1.18v got to windows but locked up whilst running CB23, so played around with resistances and got into windows and passed CD23, however, the scores were a bit lower than running the FCLK at 2167 with 1.15v SOC, 458xx at 2200, 465xx with FCLK at 2167, so I think some more tinkering is required, seems like some behind the scenes error corrections going on there, but thanks
@LtMatt for your help with this one, ive yet to change my RAM to the 32gb kit, maybe tomorrow when ive got a bit more free time.
Have you had alook at
@sativa resistances, the Hi-Z is on the Processor pull up rather than the pull down, and also on the Processor DQ, could be one of his issues.
