ear budz for side sleeping with active noise cancelling

Am after the same and other than a couple of very cheap brands i think the Anker sleep A20 is the only option i found with ANC.

Theres another company called ozlo which makes some (really expensive) buds too but not noise cancelling.

Been debating getting the anker ones to try so keen to also keen to see if anyone has any experience here

I fell asleep listening to a podcast once with my Jabra earbuds in, was in agony on one side in the morning. Granted they aren't designed for sleep, and the pain came from my massive head squashing the left hand side one right in

Ah i misread that, really thought they were. In that case hopefully someone has found something as i couldnt.

I believe both i mentioned have solid return policies so was thinking of giving one a try, but been dithering a bit

Was on a cruise earlier in the year, nearly 15 hours of flights and was shattered by the time i got on the boat but there was so much noise on arrival day i had to sleep with my airpods in for noise cancelling and was also pretty uncomfortable after a few hours sleep

Would be a game changer if someone could come up with something that is comfortable to sleep with.

My Mrs snores like a ******* freight train. To be honest as soon as the first of the children move out I'm sleep divorcing her.

Seems to be the trend now for established companies to de-risk a product launch by getting people to pay up front like this. Am no expert but it seems that way

BTW I got these in the end. They work well for me. Stay in all night and are comfortable side sleeping.

They block the seagull noise and neighbours leaving in the morning which is what usually wakes me.

I think the touch controls are a lot clunky and generally just use the local mode where you pick a sound on the phone for it to play and it transfers it rather than bluetooth streaming.

thanks thats really good to know, just have to find a pair now, any ideas?

how's battery life, with/without ANC?
I'll check when I wake up tomorrow with ANC as I dont use without. It's lasting the night for me but I never sleep past about 7 hours.

I actually don't. I took a punt on the kickstarter..

I had 15 percent battery remaining when I woke up but I had turned off the setting to stop audio when sleep detected which seems to be a default. 7 hours 52 minute runtime there. That's a very long sleep for me

I guess that is a little worrying though because as the battery loses charge if you want that setting off its going to run out of power maybe

Had these for a few days now. The ANC is pretty weak, adaptive by default, takes about 10-20 seconds to reduce noise to the full. It can drown out a PC fan but that’s about it. There was a firmware update yesterday which helped a little.

Super comfortable though but it’s hard to recommend them over the Sleep A20s.

quite dissapointed in these so far, ANC is poor and whilst not that uncomfortable they still do hurt a bit after the full night
