Its a queen wasp and I killed one for a living!

Went down the garden earlier and noticed a large number of wasps congregating around some furnature.

Pulled back a pillow to find a relatively new nest underway.

Grabbed a bucket, ripped the nest off the furnature and plonked it in with copious amounts of raid spray.

Once it seemed safe, went digging for the queen wasp and found it at the middle of the hive surrounded by many larvae.

Forgot to add item for scale but big old angry thing.
