Hi everyone, it's been a verrrry long time since I last posted on here
. Anyway, I'm currently using Sony WH-XB910N Bluetooth headphones and they are starting to get a bit old and tatty. I'm looking to dabble in the odd bit of gaming every now and then so I'm looking to go from headphones to a decent gaming headset. What are my preferences...
- It would be good if it come with a relatively decent microphone which can either be disconnected or taken off. It wouldn't be a deal breaker if it was permanently fixed onto the headset though.
- Somewhat decent(ish) noise cancelling on them.
- Prefer wireless but if I was told that a wired headset was so much better I could entertain the idea.
- Decent(ish) sound quality. I'm no audiophile but I'd like any audio to be nice and not like listening through mud
.
I keep seeing these STEELSERIES Arctis Nova Pro Wireless 7.1 Gaming Headset keep popping up when I've done my searchings. The only problem is, I don't know if they are almost too much for what I'm looking for or are they really as amazing as people seem to say? Anyway, the important bit, budget. Can I be greedy and ask for anyone to recommend 2 gaming headsets. One being the best for your money that is under £200 and another that is under £300 so I can weigh up the 2. That would be very much appreciated. Thanks everyone
