NVIDIA RTX 50 SERIES - (PRE)ORDER DISCUSSION **NO COMPETITOR HINTING**

Has the 5080 even got out of stock at this point? Each time I look it's happily available - not necessarily a bad thing for availability but really puts to shame the clowns with their FE models on the Bay with an extra 25% cost added.

Got it today, and the box "heavily damaged" was some tears on the corners they clear taped and sealed, the rest of the product was brand new and currently using it!

Now I have the GPU I originally wanted at launch and got it cheaper than a brand new FE win/win for me.

I recommend people chancing on damaged box :) from retailers.

Nice that was the one I was originally going for with the place that had pre-order queues. In the end, glad I ended up with the Waterforce Xtreme but the Master is also one helluva card, specially with a chunk knocked off!

Watercooled is superior if your room can handle the heat coming off of the radiators, turned my room into an oven with the Astral LC, so happy to just go back to air cooled at a great price and finally call it a day :D

Of course, you still get the same amount of heat from an air cooled card, it's just dissipated from the case in a more diffuse fashion. :D
