You ran it yet to check its stability/reliability?
I see this too, what is an ESA Module? If it's not something urgent i may as well leave it till a more important BIOS update

The last BIOS update I did some of my settings went back to default, can't remember what exactly, maybe memory or OC settings, is this still the case with the last BIOS update, or are you people installing and all settings are the same as before. Cheers

I've just come across some info relating to the latest BIOS (v1A42). The AGESA update 1.2.0.3e fixes a TPM security flaw
I've no idea why this security fix information is not listed on the bullet points for the release on the MSI support page for BIOS downloads
MSI Tomahawk owners are reporting issues with AGESA 1.2.0.3e, but it is a different board and BIOS, so could be unrelated to AGESA 1.2.0.3e
Also, at least one other motherboard vendor is making it so that BIOS updated with this version of AGESA cannot be rolled back to a previous version, which would re-introduce the security flaw.
I have no idea if MSI have done the same thing with this version for this board, but thought I would at least mention it for your own consideration...
Edit: just spotted a couple of Carbon WIFI owners stating issues with this BIOS in the same thread above, advise caution with updating right now.

I updated to a42 the other day. Haven't used the PC much but all seems ok. So if I run into issues I won't be able to flash older version ?

Flashing back to a40 now. Hope it works. Had to reboot manually to get into m-flash mode as was stock on code 0d after automatic first reboot

Was successful too on the carbon. Guess the ability to stop flashing older versions was broken too.

A50 out now for carbon. Anyone try it ? I am on a40.
I would suggest holding off trying it. I updated to it last night. The update went through just fine, loaded back into Windows right after it and everything seemed ok.
Now though, the bloody thing won't post. Code Ab or A6. Lovely.
RAM and CPU debug LEDs are on. After work I'll try to look into it more. Will try the BIOS flashback first I think.

Been running newest bios for a few days now (A.61), no issues at all.
