Not much known about it, but I read a few articles about it this week, so thought create a thread!

"Street Fighter" has landed a March 20, 2026 domestic release date from Sony. The film, from Legendary, is co-developed and produced with Capcom.

Not really a fan of Roman Reigns tbh, but I suspect 50 cent will be good (just a hunch).

I like the original Street Fighter, it's a classic in some (cheesy) ways!.

Raul Julia as Bison was good to watch, he was having a great time. Sadly his last role as he died soon after from Cancer.

Chun-Li: My father saved his village at the cost of his own life. You had him shot as you ran away. A hero at a thousand paces.
M. Bison: ...I'm sorry. I don't remember any of it.
Chun-Li: You don't remember?!
Bison: For you, the day Bison graced your village was the most important day of your life. But for me, it was Tuesday.
 
I'm not sure what Streetfighter it was, but one film did the rounds a good few years back. It had Ken and Ryu training to fight Akuma I think. Their sensei was killed by Akuma as they had some sort of rivalry or something. Now that was a fantastic film, I wish we saw more in that format.

Out of all the adaptions I liked the anime movie at the time. The end bad guy was Bison (general). It was a massive shoe horn on packing all the characters but it was decent enough.

Did you watch the alternate ending?

Also there was a street fighter v2 anime.

hmmmmm.....suddenly its sounding like one of those WWE produced films from decades past where they just cram in wrestlers who can't act :)

Edit: When I created this thread I thought Dwayne Johnson could be a good Sagat, just, becuase. Dunno if Sony could afford him though :p
