Air-con fully active on the upper level here.

That projected rain isn't hitting us here until two days later however , and we're hoping it's rain that's heavy and lasts more than an hour. Otherwise, it's more days with the Air-Con throughout the day...

It's nowhere near as hot now as it was this time yesterday, with the breeze it's actually quite pleasant now.

When it starts to hit 26, 27 I start to suffer, as it rises from there it becomes torturous and is getting more noticeable each year, as I get older.

At some point, in the not too distant future, I can see myself sat in a cold bath on the bad days/nights. It was 32 degrees in my bedroom last night, just couldn't get the temp to drop.

I ordered another AC unit yesterday, we've got one but it's currently in storage and difficult to get to, so have been trying to resist ordering another one but finally cracked yesterday.

20ish by the sea. Relatives further north in the 30s. Funny thing is when it gets cold they also have much lower temps too.

Today still has a knock on effect from yesterday here it isn't *that* warm weather wise but everything has soaked up the heat yesterday and still releasing it today making it feel a bit meh.

Well the Meaco Sefte fan is set up on the landing helping to circulate the breeze coming in from outside. It certainly moves a fair bit of air with having the horizontal and vertical oscillation.

And as predicted, no rain, I step outside and it's like I'm still inside. 31C according to the thermo in the hallway here, muggy as heck too. Going to grab another portable Air-Con unit for next wave/year so the whole place (bar the kitchen) is covered. Using fans alone won't do the job when the air itself inside and outside are about the same.

Still 26C outdoors according to local weather stations, 29.7C in our lounge.

Lounge pedestal fan has simply been blowing warm air at max speed all evening.

Was hoping we would be a lot closer to 20C by now and I could go for a sunset ebike ride.

The outside air finally dropping below what we have inside, so the air being blown via the fans downstairs finally feels like it's doing something... (Still a long way to go to cool the place down though)

To be honest I love days like today, sure it was pretty hot in the afternoon, but it's cooled right down in the evening, I don't mind that one but, in fact perfect for me really.

Yesterday was awful, only because it didn't cool down at all in the evening, I was still sweating at this time yesterday and I slept like crap.
