Welcome aboard @Noxia sounds a pretty sensible approach. I also got some blood work which had some worrying markers. Not pre diabetic but close to the range. I’ve been pretty good on diet but booze still floors me. I’ve been a little better and have really cut out wine/spirits for the most part.
Resistance bands are good but there’s a huge amount you can do with just body weights too
