Just had a scary moment with mine. Computer wouldn't boot, VGA LED on the mobo stayed lit. Rang OCUK support, Patrick was an absolute god as we slowly went through the various processes. I tried:
Plugging my laptop into it via HDMI - wouldn't go past 1080p.
Connecting to the onboard graphics via HDMI, no joy, wouldn't even bring up the input select via the joystick.
Connected my second monitor via DisplayPort direct (rather than daisy chained) - PICTURE! At least the GFX card hasn't died!
Changed the DP 2.1 cable for one I had bought a while back for diagnostic purposes, still 1080p but hey, picture from the 7900XTX on the FO32U2P!
Factory reset the monitor - BOOM, 4k again @ 60hz. Manually set it to 240 and it kept working.
Switched the cables back around to daisy chain, still working.
Rebooted the entire system with my heart in my mouth, success.
Frankly, scared the bejeesus out of me. Anyone ever had to do all that on any monitor and had it run smoothly thereafter or was this the sign of impending failure?
