Very little details I’m afraid but maybe someone will know it. It might not even be a kids TV show 
I saw this in the 90s, possibly while in the US but unsure. The only thing I remember clearly is that something is defeated by being made to sing a full rendition of ‘99 bottles of beer on the wall’. As the song went on it got slower and slower as if it was dying. For some reason I think it’s a tape player / radio, or some sort of puppet… noise coming out of a speaker?
I thought it was an episode of ‘are you afraid of the dark?’ but nothing is coming up from a search… hmm. Any ideas?
