It's too hot :(

It's ok down here, people still wearing hoodies and jumpers at work , it was 17 c the living room yesterday, stunning weekend coming where I will probably say it's too hot , especially to get my daily 30k steps in , beach mooch and kindle maybe

Phase iv - they are, again, gathering outside;

last heat, when out cycling they were coating exposed limbs.

Outlook for Thur-Sun hasn't changed, just slight upgrades on temperatures.

As for a reload next week....the azores high may look to push in which would see some rain moving in from the SW.

Slight change for us with Thursday now being the warmest day at 27 and the weekend dropping down to 25 - but it seems to change so much from one day to the next.

Main thing is that it's dropping to 15 at night still can have a relatively cool house by the morning with the windows open. I don't mind warmer/sunny days as long as it cools down in the evening!

Are you near to or within say 10-15 miles of the coast then?

Places like Crawley will boil, chichester will probably be 26-27 and then anywhere really thats north of the hills will be touching 30

I've got FOS on Friday so glad it's dropped, even if it's from 27 to 26!

Bought a new Philips fan today from August as our cheapy Amazon one broke. Normally don't spend £60 on a fan but can happily say it's worth every penny.

Well supposedly, today is the coolest day until next Tuesday in Hampshire and it's been a borderline too hot afternoon today. This long weekend is going to be grim, just like the one at the start of July. :mad:

Yep, about 5 miles to the coast from where we live. Pretty lucky when it comes to the weather at the minute.

Chichester will be absolutely rammed this weekend with FOS so our plans are to spend the weekend in the other direction!

Even my weekend trip to the Isle of Man is looking less and less likely to escape the heat; Met Office currently estimating 26ºC for Saturday :( I think I'd rather be at home in air conditioning :D
