Some chargery bits because my old magnetic USB charge cable finally died after many years of service, so used the chance to revamp and c consolidate a few chargers into one unit:

^ And after some discussion on the other section, a USB power ground loop breaker for the Linux PC which does have ground loop noise.

And because the magnetic cable broke, it was being used to charge my batteries on the Xtar which is MicroUSB, so an adapter to Type-C was needed, one of the only adapters I did not actually have:

Lastly, A 200W capable cable (Amazon Basics and a little gadget that cycles through the voltage, current and wattage being pulled:

In terms of the quality of steel, I don’t believe there is currently anything currently available exceeding Mauviel. Non stick of stainless steel of course comes down to appropriate use never exceeding 2/3 of your hobs max temp(aside from a few techniques) and a nice oil or butter to cook in and leaving food to cook instead of moving it around and it will release itself

I haven’t used them long enough to comment on the handles but in the coming days I will feedback once I’ve done some longer cooks in them.

they certainly are beautiful but I’m also sure there are plenty of other manufacturers out there who provide similar in quality for less money as these certainly don’t come cheap.

It's erm...light as anything, completely plastic lol

Their bigger clocks is where the better built ones are, this one is very light and feels cheap for the money. I would get a bigger one but I needed this size for my desk. It's basically the smallest one they make.

But they are one of the few still Made in Hong Kong electronics and each one hand assembled, I even went to their factory looking for this, it was not easy to find at the time.

Interesting! Not sure I could bear to spend so much (£96 where I’ve found it) on something so poorly made! Maybe on my Christmas list…

They are just unique, and they know it so they charge that much for it. It’s accurate though (it's a Quartz) but if you associate build quality with weight…this is not it.

You’d think you can get it for like £19.99, perhaps £40 at most, on Amazon or Aliexpress but there’s just nothing else quite like it in this form factor that i can find. When you adjust it, you turn this little knob on the side and it can only go 1 direction as the little flaps can only flips 1 way. It's all very analogue in this regard, being a digital clock at its core.

I ended up paying £60 as it was the last one in the store that was on display, behind a glass cabinet so basically same as a new one.

I do love it though, it's made in Hong Kong which I have an assication with and something quite unique and retro.
