Replacement power supply

Hi folks
Any of you out there have a Razer Leviathan V1 soundbar and could advise on a generic replacement power supply.
I also contact razer support and they were zero help.
Also is this something overclockers could possibly source?

Cheers

Should be possible. A quick look suggests that for a leviathan soundbar a power supply brick will have to output 18V at 2.6A, for an input of 100 to 240V. I assume you are UK/Ireland. Both the brick and the soundar itself will have electrical output and input specifications on them, you will need to check to make sure. A quick look at what's availible in china, suggests that an output of 18V and 3.0A would do. Still abit of reading to do there.

Question: why do you need one? Bought a soundabar without one? Or the old one died? Hopefully it is the power supply, and it didn't kill the soundbar, or it wasn't a short in the soundbar electronics which killed the power supply.

Electronics are funny at times, but it shouldn't be too much of a hassle to getr a generic power supply which would work.

The power supply plug/brick usually has the voltage etc. and pinout (center positive/negative). Just need to find a PSU with the same specs and size jack

+1

Definitely take note of the pin configuration. Get this wrong and you risk sending the soundbar up in smoke. As mentioned, there should be a label on the power brick with the specs.

Pay attention to the pin out and voltage as these must match the original unit. The current can be the same or higher than the old power supply. Lower current could stress the PSU and cause it to fail prematurely.

You can also chop off the old plug and fit it to a suitable power supply if you can't find one with a compatible plug. Done this plenty of times.

Thanks everyone for the replies.
To answer what happened, I moved house, all my computer items were in one box, unpacked the box three weeks later and everything was there except the power supply
