Felt some heat exhaustion symptoms yesterday after having minimal sleep over the last couple of days. Even with drinking loads of water I had to take a paracetamol (rare for me) to ease a headache. Slept like a log last night and this morning so I obviously needed it. No headache this morning.

Youngster, 66 here and 22° is too hot. Robfosters definitely would have loved this weather even if the rest of us hates it

Yikes it's bad today, usually feel dead about 3pm but today I'm dead at 9am.

We've brought forward our plans to move up north to the coast by 2-3 years after these heatwaves. Only going to get hotter and more populated down here. Even a 5 degree drop makes all the difference.

Despite being nearly 30C it isn't feeling too warm yet today, I think it is a bit less humid than yesterday, at least so far, so not so uncomfortable so far.
