Hi, well I was going to get a Arctic Liquid Freezer III Pro 360MM, and mount it up front, but I really don't want to loose future GPU space in a case lacking it to start with, nor starve the GPU...
So I looked into various mid towers and the TLDR is none support the 360MM in the top due to the thick 63MM clearance required and instead hit your VRM - I'm not messing about running louder slim fans and thus making the AIO cost more and loosing it's known quiet but efficient fans...
This got me thinking, if I have to run a full size case, if possible as a bonus, I'd like to run the 420MM version, if not a 360MM is still fine.
I want a mesh case with as much airflow as possible.
I'm considering either the Antec Flux Pro, Corsair Frame 5000D RS or the Fractal Design Meshify 3XL TG, which is far longer with 512mm GPU support - which should give me clearance for the 420MM version of the AIO?
When I look online, the 'RS' version of the Corsair Frame 5000D doesn't come up very often? Am I safe to say it is the same case as the Frame 5000D? And they've just not used the full name? Or is there 2 variants?
Which is the better case in terms of temps/airflow/silence for either the 360MM or 420MM? Am I right in thinking I can only use the 360MM with the 5000D, and need the more expensive 7000D for the 420MM - if so I can't justify the even bigger and more expensive 7000D so that'll be a no go and I'll stick to a 360MM unless the Fractal will still allow the 420MM ALF III Pro?
Are the included fans any good in either case? I'm after as close to silence as possible with the best airflow, otherwise the fans will get replaced.
Other than that, I cant really find anything in an acceptable budget, it just seems to get silly after this price range?
I'm open to any alternative cases, must be black though.
Thanks for any input
