Well, MrsHB and I decided to go ‘Jumbo’ not realising that meant 2 cod’s each. We both accepted the challenge, I won and MrsHB prioritised her fish and left a bunch of chip but she did squeeze in a chip butty, naturally.

Pasta with sundried tomato, garlic and basil sauce, with chopped ham, smoked sausage and red pepper. Was tasty, but I wish I'd got a bigger jar of sauce. The pasta absorbed it all so much there was barely enough to coat all the pasta.

Went into the Kitchen at Bollywood this evening and with instruction made this Chicken Pathia for myself

Have also been invited down more often to learn and become a dab hand at a number of Curries

I did do some filming, but the videos are a little choppy as I wanted to enjoy the experience, listen and be present rather than focusing on recording, it was quite nerve racking walking into a kitchen and being quite out of place realistically

I’ll be back down more than once, so now I’ve tested the waters imagine I’ll be able to get some solid footage of Curries being put together.

Was waiting for this post! Looks great, bet it was a good experience!

I can just picture you walking in to Bollywood from now on, walking straight through into the kitchen while the employees are standing at attention saluting, put on an apron and just start cooking your own takeaway, pack it up and walk out!

Come to think of it, that's probably why they're teaching you, they've had enough of all your orders coming in on the daily, they rather just show you how to do it so you can just turn up and cook it yourself
