I hope that looks a bit fresher..........
Should have been a roast pork shoulder diner but the OH didn't realise that it takes 3.5hrs in the Dreo.
Lucky I divided the shoulder yesterday and made pulled pork in the Instant Pot and am now enjoying.
Usual Sunday roast will be served at 22:45 tonight...
