I reckon this is exactly what it is. The OP gets absolutely hammered, comes up with these really weird ideas, posts them on here and then passes out. It's why they never respond to these odd threads either.

It should be in Pakistan.
Maybe now, it used to have a large Irish community and still has a festival. I went to Bernard Mannings club once back in the seventies which was on or near Cheetham Hill. It was frightening.
