I am building a pc in a dark flash db330m case and I am looking for the best used ald gpu for 200$ that will fit in the case. The clearance is 305 mm and I want to try and get a triple fan gpu With decent specs and maybe some rgb

I forgot to mention but I am getting the graphics card from the us/uk but I don’t mind getting a 2 fan card as long as it has good performance and looks

I don't know what the US market is like either tbh, but in the UK you can probably find one of the cards I mentioned in that price range, but that's assuming you can find one on sale. Nvidoa cards (3060ti/3070 should be acheivable but both are 8GB so I wouldn't if I had any choice, 3080 is 10GB but I'd still rather a 12-16GB card if at all possible, it will age considerably better for medium settings even if it's slightly slower at higher settings now!)
Even a 3060 12GB, but they're slower than 6700XT.
Not sure if you'd consider an Intel card... they tend to fare slightly worse (especially on older games, unless they've sorted that now, I'm not too sure on that...), but can be had new with warranty for not much over that budget (B580)...

Either way, I hope that helps your decision :)

(Edit: all based on £200, not a direct comparison to USD, at least for the used market, but we usually pay 1:1 GPB to USD for new stuff by the time it reaches our shores and including VAT!)

Also you may want to consider cost of shipping and any import custom duty you will be liable for paying which would certainly take you above your budget

The 6700XT is probably the best you can hope for in that price range from AMD, though you'd be much better off saving another hundred or so and going with a 9060 XT 16GB.

I'd probably disagree, cheapest on here is £329, so compared to £150 for the 6700xt it's more than twice as much money for around 25% extra performance. FSR4 does slightly change the equation but depends if it's supported in the games you want to play.
I appreciate that's used vs new, but if you're pushing the budget that much then it opens up better used options as well. (e.g. a 5070 recently went for £360 plus P&P, although admittedly that's a great price. 6800XT for £240 etc.)

You are right, but it's not just that, though. There's raytracing. The problem comes from the fact more and more games are making it mandatory. The RX 6000 series was abysmal at raytracing, and with a 70-class class of card of that generation anything that forces raytracing on might perform very poorly, perhaps might even be unplayable. Plus, we don't know for how much longer AMD are going to continue supporting the RX 6k series with driver updates. Now, for certain games, especially esport titles, what I just said doesn't really matter. But, if they want to play singleplayer games at all, it could be a major issue. A 5070 at £360 should be an instabuy. While I am stretching the budget, at the end of the day I want to recommend something that they are genuinely going to enjoy using and be able to use for a long time, rather than something that they might quickly regret buying in certain scenarios.

Fair, I'd completely overlooked the fact that increasingly some level of RT is required to meet even the minimum requirements - thanks for the reminder!
I'd agree in most cases that if you can find the extra money it's worth doing so and not having to upgrade again so soon, but it's not always possible to do so. It's why I mentioned Intel ARC/B580 earlier in the thread, that would at least have support for newer features, despite the drawbacks they have with older titles (or had? As I said I'm not sure if they've meaningfully improved in that regard).

And yes, that 5070 was absolutely a steal for that price! Hopefully they or 4070S will start to settle towards that price some time soon.
