I didn't realise there was a right way or a wrong way to talk.
If you don't know what cis or trans mean I dunno what to tell you. Being cis means you're the gender you were assigned at birth. Still rude to misgender someone by using "he" or "him" pronouns even though I've said I'm a girl. I guess you think girls can't join computer sites?
The graphics card came with a computer I got for my birthday in 2019 when I was 12.
it's not so much a right or wrong way of talking but there are certain 'flags' your post sets off that would seem to indicate you aren't who/what you claim to be. it's happened before and will happen again on here - banned users returning on a 'new' account - and they seemingly like to pretend to be female....guessing to throw the mods off their scent (it doesn't work might i add)I didn't realise there was a right way or a wrong way to talk.....
Also to note, why would you randomly join a computer forum to talk about chavs and being an 18 year old female? Beyond random? Surely you'd just use social media and group pages?Talk however you want, but when you talk like an adult and tell people you're 18, it's a flag.
Everyone here knows what cis or trans means, we had it dowieholed in to us for a few years, if you'd like to ask @dowie about it I'm sure he'll be more than happy to go in to the finer details with you.
Girls can join computer sites all they want, but you're not a girl, are you?
Such as? This reads similarly to trans paranoia to me, down to calling someone the wrong pronouns without proof they go by any others. Still find it really weird how obsessed some people are over what genitals another person has.it's not so much a right or wrong way of talking but there are certain 'flags' your post sets off that would seem to indicate you aren't who/what you claim to be. it's happened before and will happen again on here - banned users returning on a 'new' account - and they seemingly like to pretend to be female....guessing to throw the mods off their scent (it doesn't work might i add)
now if you really are an 18 year old girl, who thinks chavs are a 'culture' rather than a disease, then i extend my sincerest apologies but thus far, all information would lead most to believe you are in fact not an 18 year old girl with a weird idea on what a chav is but rather a returning account trying to be clever/funny/weird.
I'd normally ask on X/Twitter but I deleted my account earlier this year because the site owner's a Nazi. Also to note, why would you randomly join a computer forum to talk about chavs and being an 18 year old female? Beyond random? Surely you'd just use social media and group pages?
Why choose a PC parts forum?

It's not paranoia when we have proof it actually happens on forums like these.Such as? Can someone explain, that's gone right over my headThe obvious solution here is pics with a loaf of Hovis.

A consequence of half the uk buying vpns perhaps.IP checks exist
most of the returnees probably don't have the intelligence to use a vpn.A consequence of half the uk buying vpns perhaps.
This bit made me blow snot bubbles out of my nose in the middle of the office. We know when someone's talking out their balloon knot and you sir, have more red flags than Tiananmen Square.

see, that's the thing. even without ip checks etc. it's quite easy to get a 'read' on someone by the way they communicate. people, generally speaking, aren't focused enough to keep a charade up and it's often the little things that give their real identity away - as you say, the use of certain styles of 'text', grammar, punctuation and spelling are all give aways. of course they can be 'masked' to a certain extent but unless the person engaged in this sort of skulduggery is doggedly focused on maintaining the front, they very often slip up.Well, let's start purely with the fact that your posts are well written, with correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, and no "txt spk" or other slang. No teenager speaks/types like that unless applying for a job - particularly not a self-proclaimed "charva".
