Some like hash browns and eggs were warm, but most like sausages, black pudding were hot.

They have certainly improved since I used to stay in them on a weekly basis.
Yup, can't remember the brand.
It's a 3 part one, paste, then coconut milk, then dried leaves and chillies.
It's really nice, as the kids are away, we go for the good stuff lol
