Summer Transfer Window 25/26 *Sponsored by Bigpig*

Probably could have said that about Isak before he joined Toon.

For every success there are a lot of failures. Players that look very rough around the edges with potential often struggle in the PL. Sesko looks very much like that from what little I have seen.

It's going to be chaos if Liverpool start with a low bid and drag it out for weeks while the player is desperate to move, but Newcastle won't budge on their £150m or whatever asking price.

I would add that if reports are true and Isak is refusing to go to training, tour etc and the whole injury is ********

That’s not on, we’ve had players do that and critized them for it, even if he wants us he should least still honour his duties with Newcastle until he official joins us or any one else

Begs the question.

"If" that is true, would you even want him on your books?

Because it's the way the world works these days, gyokeres did the same pretty much to sign for you and wissa is threatening to do the same by all accounts to force a move

See Isak is being erased from all newcastle promotional stuff ;)
he was with the team in Austria and still listed on the club site ;)

still on the shop page

also apparently his house was on the market, then it wasn't.
probably someone else listed it as a joke or to get clicks.

No one sure he even lives there, wasn't there some rumour he was getting a house built after he got robbed by bulgarians or romanians (they got arrested)

If he’s a straight up replacement for Dubravka then it’s not much to be excited or angry about however talksport running a story that Man Utd are interested in signing Pope which would then make him our number 1 and is a definite downgrade.

I think it’s pretty smart. We’ve had a GK problem for a while now. Other than Trafford we’ve looked at two others. One signed for Barcelona and the other looks bound for PSG.

That will be Dubs away and the club is trying to get a loan deal for the Greek lad.

We can take a look at the Gk market next summer.

Depends if that's the club, the player or both. If Newcastle anticipate that a suitor meets their price, they don't want a £150m asset getting injured and scupper the whole transfer for a mostly worthless tourism match on the other side of the globe.

If it's solely Isak downing his tools, then shame on him.
