I don't know why anybody would need this? The game is too easy as it is. The only guys that are any challenge are the Maxtac swat guys that come along after you kill enough regular police.
Have you played a full stealth pistols and sniper rifles build? It absolutely blows early game until you get halfway decent cyberware and the perks for stealth and stamina regeneration.

That's all I used for ages. I didn't know how the game worked or what to put my points into or even what way I wanted to go. While I didn't have any specific stealth build, because I hadn't put any points into anything, I just used stealth with pistols mainly and sometimes used a sniper. I think I was level 20 before I assigned any attribute points or perks. Didn't even use any cyberware other than what I got as part of the story.
EDIT: I should add, that I am not playing on the hardest difficulty. I am just playing the Hard mode. So maybe in Very Hard mode it would be a lot different?
Imo JSGME is all you need for mods in CP2077. Vortex is a good idea in principle - it will auto update MOST of the mods. But because CP2077 requires several base mods from GitHub, and Vortex does not autoupdate them, the whole logic breaks down somewhat. But then again I'm only running like 10 mods, I suppose for 300 mods I'd definitely prefer Vortex.
THis mod is a must though, for any playthorugh. HD texture mod for asphalt, wall textures and so on. And it has no requirements, drag and drop.

I am currently running about a hundred mods, graphic updates, QoL, bug fixes, combat changes and more radio stations. All manually updated and surprisingly no performance impact

So I have a 5080 + 5700X3D. Is it normal that I cant play it on DLSS Quality without it dropping under 60 at times.
Also is it better to play it at DLSS Balance at everything Ultra + Ray tracing Ultra at 60 FPS
Or should I do DLSS Balanced everything Ultra + Path tracing at 60 fps with Frame Gen x 2 (I have it capped at 60fps with Nvidia control panel as that's all my monitor can do)

So my bias is to go with balanced and PT. I've found on my PC that with PT on changing settings doesn't have much effect on fps but if you need to squeeze a few fps to stop dropping or to be able to use quality have a look at hardware unbounds optimisation video for C2077 with Phantom Liberty. That's the vid that covers the 2.0 version of the game
You could try capping to 60 fps within the game. I've seen reports that it's more efficient to do it in game than in app/cp, so you're less likely to drop below 60fps.
Can anyone recommend a vanilla plus mod pack / collection for Cyberpunk for a returning player? I just want something that adds a little to the base game so I can play through the story again and get onto Phantom Liberty.
