Can't login to lyca mobile. Esim with no number.

Long shot. Phone lines are closed and chat is a bot that I can't get around.
. I ordered an esim from lyca for some extra data. Was listed as pay as you go. After got email confirmation it says autorenwal is on. And I can turn it off in app.

App wants a phone number (won't accept email) but esim number is listed as

440000000000

Any tips of how to get this cancelled? Or autorenwal blocked on my end?

No first time I got a USSD error. Second time it took ages and popped the number up.

Not to be confused with a USSR issue!
