Well, radio message about 5mins ago to Norris suggests he doesn't expect to finish on his current hards either so both will stop again eventually.

Apparently on F1TV they were talking about how they were told by Pirelli that the hard tyre is good for 32 laps.

All as Alonso, Bortoletto and Lawson are on 38 lap old mediums

That message from Piastri sounds like he’s already given in. Look at how the mediums have done 40 laps. We don’t need to pretend the hards can’t finish the race on Norris’ car.
