Onboard was a little wobbly from Max, I assume it'll be a nothing decision at the end as the drivers will say it's just a racing incident - but it definitely apepared like unless Hamilton slightly goes wider there they'd have a collision.

That's why his under investigation. A car being overtaken should not have to come off the track to avoid collision with the car trying to overtake...

Not sure why u and others thought it was fine. Crofty and Co literally spelled out the current rules regarding overtaking. It's a slam dunk penalty from max.
