They have a new girl on the phone, so I didn’t bother with the whole it’s my birthday saga!

Chicken Pathia, Plain Rice, Plain Nan and Popadoms.

Cooked beautifully by the main man, I didn’t see him myself as sent my Partner but I can tell.

Thanks. All the food has been delicious so far

The diet is still there just been a bit more aware about what I eat and portion sizes while here. And, for example, ate all the meat from the mixed grill but just a few of the chips. I'm on holiday so not wanting to feel like I've missed out on anything, which so far I haven't

Don't forget that if you leave food whole it is less calories than cutting it into smaller portions

Really pleased that you are enjoying & I know it's hard to change habits but it's nice that you are able to enjoy yourself when away.

I for one fully support this approach.

Unfortunately those couple of chips now mean any planned gratuitous speedo shots are now completely out of the question. Bonus.
