*** Cyberpunk 2077 ***

I don't know why anybody would need this? The game is too easy as it is. The only guys that are any challenge are the Maxtac swat guys that come along after you kill enough regular police.

Even the Maxtac are easy, they are just annoying because they are endless if you don’t move. I can stand there and fight all day without dodging bullets with my build (health regency increase regen when I move and 2nd heart to give 100% health when I “die”).

I haven’t used any medpaks since like Chapter 1.

I can kill about 3 of them with 1 bullet if I catch them close together. I just got to make sure I don’t shoot them at point blank range because that kills me too (before 2nd heart kicks in).

I have died but mostly of my own stupidity from falling from heights (2nd heart don’t save me there), and I died the first time too easily. Bullets basically can’t kill me since health regen is faster than bullets take them off. Only explosions can take enough health in 1 go.

I think the final boss (main game) I died the first time, but I was being silly and tried to kill him with Sir John Phillastuff instead of bullets.

Can anyone recommend a vanilla plus mod pack / collection for Cyberpunk for a returning player? I just want something that adds a little to the base game so I can play through the story again and get onto Phantom Liberty.

I'm using this pack and then adding in some visual quality ones on top. It's vanilla+ but adds quite a bit. Everything seems to work fine out of the box

Well this looks interesting - I just started again last night for a netrunner build (first playthorugh last year was a melee build). This could freshen things up - and worth starting over for!

So AMD released their driver today that is supposed to enable FSR 4. Has anyone tried it?

I don't have the option. Just wondering am I supposed to do something else to get it to appear?

Currently checking the install to see if there are any corrupt files.

I watched a vid about this, he had the same issue. He started the game then went to a amd control panel/overlay (?) and activated fsr 4 for C2007 there. Cant remember if that enabled it in game or after a restart

ETA: that actual youtube vid

I had the same issue, only saw FSR 3 still.

Very helpful ta, I'll have a look at that next time I boot it up.

Just got a 9070 XT - basically because of this new FSR4 patch, as I still haven't played the game :D

Has anyone done any in-depth experimenting to find the "best" settings? I played around a bit last night in the built in benchmark tool: 3440x1440, most things set to High/Ultra, RT enabled at Ultra (except for PT off), and FSR4 balanced. This gave ~78fps base, and ~145fps with framegen which seems reasonable.

Re. getting the FSR4 option to show up: when I was going through all the settings I found, weirdly, that it was disabled by default, so it's just a simple case of toggling it on and restarting everything:

Have a look at this for optimising ingame settings (high quality)

Installed that modlist and everything is working A OK.
What LUT do we all suggest we use? Or do people change it depending on where they are?

That modlist appears to come pre installed with a LUT switcher. There are just many of them :)

I've narrowed it down to 4 favourites - I swap them if I need to. Like if the scene is too dark or too overblown.
