I'm really warming up to the Fox Body Mustangs. Having seen the quite frankly hilarious amounts of power that those blocks can be tuned up to, I really wouldn't say no :D

I love a Foxbody.

The fast ones you see are either Coyotes or LS' though, the original 302 small blocks have have a habit of literally splitting in half at even modest power levels (500-600hp). Everything Ford modular based (4.6 2v in the SN95 Mustang/Crown Vic, Coyote etc) is far far stronger and cubic inch for cubic inch makes way more power

Same here, I used to hate them, but now I think they're awesome.

Just a couple more images to share - it's the first time Ive seen one of these irl. Given the fact they only made around 600 or so of these wedges I'm guessing there's not too many left running:

With a dashboard straight from the 80's:

I'm sure this is much the same as being someone who got their licence in the 90s I used to think big volvo boxes were the epitomy of elbow patched pedo teacher awfulness.

I now think they're beyond cool.. anything that old and angular is awesome.. I guess it's scarecity or something. Nostalgia maybe?

Saw this and was pretty tickled, it's somewhere in-between obnoxious and just funny. Not "good" though.

And spotted this at the next place. Couple of rusty bits but overall pretty great nick for what is about as classic and old as you tend to find being actually driven.
