ASUS b550e and 5950x not booting

Hi everyone

As the thread says. Getting an error code 90. Using a different CPU works fine so it the CPU faulty?

Any ideas please?

Bios update maybe but I believe the 5950x was supported from first release.

I've tried that, it's still the same.

If you're on the most recent bios revision and another CPU works fine, it's almost certainly the CPU.

Have you checked the pins for issues? They can be hard to spot so post a picture of them here and we can have a glance over.

Then it's either bent pins as gray suggested or the CPU is faulty.
