2025/26 Preseason Thread

This system doesn't work with 3 AMs. Needs someone with pace to run in behind rather than 3/4 AMs all wanting to be in similar areas. Does indeed look like Hojlund is off.
 
Strong line-up from Arsenal. Be nice to get a win. Going to watch and see what Gyokeres is like.

Haha Elenga is electric:D seem strange seeing our bench full of young talent instead of of a retirement park bench!!
 
Brighton looking sharp against Wolfsburg so far. Rutter with a solid finish, can see him being very important with Pedro gone.
 
Think the Mitoma/Rutter/Minteh combo is going to terrorise some teams this season. If Minteh can mature a little in his finishing he’s going to be a weapon.
 
Barcelona v Como streaming live on the FC Barcelona Youtube channel. Match starts at 8 but they've got some warm up nonsense in spanish just now.

Rashford just missed an open goal which sums up his rather casual approach to playing football. He has managed an assist but the miss was about as bad as you will see. No way Barca buy him from us :rolleyes:
