Seen £100m being touted for Baleba to Utd

Talk about knowing your customer, surely we are looking at half of that

I think they're just going off Caicedo being £115m as a general base point. Does seem a fairly hefty figure though.

I think everyone should just use Transfer Markt to base valuations off. We'd have a nice £10m profit :D

Leoni on his way for medical apparently

I still think there a chance we could get Gheui I don’t think Palace will want to lose any player for free especially with how PSR is

I assume you don't want Wisssa then? Maybe you can send Gordon back to Everton? Football fans are hypocrites, news at 10 shocker. I'm not surprise you are quoting sullivan tho, guys one of the biggest nobs in the Liverpool twitter space.

Apparently its the addon structure that's the difference between the 2 clubs

He’s worth every penny, there’s no chance we’ll drop our price.

Personally I’m hoping other people are in his ear telling him to do one more year, then he can have the pick of whatever club he wants. He’s immense.

I'd be surprised if Guehi doesn't happen now. Parish as good as admitted that Palace have to sell this summer and we know that too and are trying to get him as cheap as possible.

A few reports came out of Spain last night re Real possibly making a bid for Ibou before the window closes. Unless it's a big fee then I hope he's not sold. There's been a lot of change, particularly in the backline and replacing another is far from ideal. That said I know the club wouldn't want to lose him on a free and knowing how they work, I can't see them wanting to go into the season with 5 CB's. It would make the Guehi signing (both from his and our pov) more understandable too. He'd get the game time he wants and he's probably seen as a safe, reliable option, while we bring through Leoni.

Unless they have a release clause, like Mac Allister, then you're not getting anybody decent out of Brighton without paying a stupid fee. They're too well run and have pocketed huge fees in the past few seasons where they have no pressure to sell. Everything happens on their terms and they've shown they'll turn down big money for their players in the past.

Yeah i've certainly seen a lot of opinions which back that up. I think i'm still stuck in the past where anything >£100m needs to be superstar level.
