**AMD 9950X3D Owners Club**

Imagine each half renders alternate frames like SLI GPUs and you get twice the performance of a 9800x3d:D.

Dual X3D CCD cache 16 core CPU incoming?!!!

Amazing if true! no more silly thread scheduler bugs.

200W TDP suggests a frequency bump also!
I doubt it will be much faster or even worth the upgrade for normal 9950x3d, let's se what happens. 5-7% faster at best.

hello, i wanted to ask a question, my 9950x3d shows in ryzen master the ccd1 stopped when i play, but if i use hwinfo i can see all the cores working, ccd0 and ccd1, which of the programs should i believe? i have a set up with asrock x870e wifi, with pbo activated, with ccd0 -35 and ccd1 -30, 1.25v scalar auto, plus 50mhz, it works like a charm, in cinebench i get 46800 points with artic freezer lii 360 pro, my equipment is running excellent, it may or may not burn with the asrock motherboard, that is not important to me since I have a warranty in case you wonder. thanks

I dont think there will be any notable architecture change that will resolve cross CCD latency issues.

I anticipate single CCD models will still be better for gaming, irrespective of the new model having 3D cache availabke on both CCDs.

9950X3D is already faster than 9800X3D in gaming. The new upcoming flagship with 3D cache available on all cores will further increase it's lead, due to the impossibility of the task/thread scheduler "getting it wrong" and using a frequency core instead of a cache core.

Nice overclock and cinebench score!

try a reinstall of RM and reboot, it can be temperamental. Have you tried running both at the same time to verify the cores? On rare occasions the core parking will relax (i.e. lean on the non-gaming CCD) if there is a CPU-intensive game.

Yes, I tested both together. rm shows ccd1 asleep and hwinfo shows the cores are running at 5700MHz. I updated rm to the latest version and reinstalled it, but they're still the same. Performance is still excellent, but I wanted to know if this was normal behavior. Thank you very much for your response.

This is a strange, software issue, I guess. The hardware appears to be working well, however, 2 software monitors are reporting different responses for the CPUs core parking! Sorry, I can't advise further.

This is what people have been asking for.

I’ll certainly be buying if it’s true!

setting this in the user config (makes one) makes a massive to performance for me, and way less power usage.
Keeps battlefield 6 in the x3d CCD

Thread.MaxProcessorCount 12
Thread.MinFreeProcessorCount 0
