Courier delivered to old work address, gave to a neighbour company. Gone missing. Who's fault?

No because unless you agreed to that it wasn't part of the contract. Don't forget it's the shop your claiming from not the delivery company.

Had something delivered to wrong address, down the street he got the numbers mixed up, next to them and they gave it to me.
Could be difficult I guess if they said "don't have it"

It’s because we all expect super cheap free delivery on everything, so the corners get cut somewhere.

I checked my Google Pay settings for address found they only stored billing address but they did not stored delivery address.
It is your fault not checked your order details first before clicked on order confirmation button and then order confirmation email send to your email address but you never bothered to read it to make sure all details was correct. You should had read order details on screen or read order confirmation email to noticed delivery address was wrong then you would contacted company customer service to rectify delivery address error quickly before they send delivery information included tracking number to courier prior to item dispatched.
I suggested you to go to your old company neighbour to collect your parcel.
About 10 years ago I almost had my graphic card delivered to my friend address after read my order details first before clicked on order confirmation button, thankfully I clicked back button to changed delivery address to my home address then clicked order confirmation button.

It did not always worked for me, it worked about 90% of time but the other 10% of time they ignored my paypal default address input on order details, it was impossible to changed paypal delivery address.
Back in December 2024 I ordered Corsair RMx RM1000x PSU for my niece and paid with paypal, I noticed Corsair modified my default delivery Scotland address to SCT on order details but they didnt changed my post code. I struggled to changed SCT to Scotland but it didnt worked so I gave up. The item was successfully delivered to my address with SCT printed on label.
Last week I ordered mtDNA and Y-DNA kits from FamilyTreeDNA and paid with paypal, I noticed they changed my default delivery Scotland address to England so they got my post code correct. I will check tracking number to make sure my parcel not going to England.
Some 20 years ago I had an incident with PayPal where they gave an eBay seller my old address even though I’d deleted it and I couldn’t even see it on the system any more. Customer services couldn’t explain how it happened. My copy of Tomb Raider Legend went AWOL.
