It’s because we all expect super cheap free delivery on everything, so the corners get cut somewhere.No business delivering personally would get away with it, couriers have some weird get out of jail, it's all your fault card for shoddy service.
It did not always worked for me, it worked about 90% of time but the other 10% of time they ignored my paypal default address input on order details, it was impossible to changed paypal delivery address.Paying through paypal and they have my default delivery address always works for me.
