Tried making lasagne for the first time. Wish I'd turned it round halfway through in the oven, so it was more evenly cooked. Also didn't seem to have enough mince to finish off the top layer, despite using 500g as a recipe I looked up suggested. My dad makes a mean lasagne, I'm sure this will be nowhere near as good Gonna let it rest for a bit, then have it with some garlic bread and salad

UPDATE: Bon Appetit! Actually turned out better than I was expecting. Not as good as my dads, but I like it
