Looks suspiciously like the Layton to me but sliiiightly different. I like it. Was that the state of the garden at handover (as in you are the first owner)?

What’s a Layton?

The garden was worse than that on hand over, they hadn’t cut it and the weeds/grass were knee high. They had to strim it all. I wasn’t that fussed as I’d already budgeted to do the garden.

Yea that side of the garden was much lower, it already had some slabs doing a bad job retaining the garden. Adding a proper retained wall meant we could have a nice level from the back doors (notice how the garage side door is still at the correctish level).

If it's as bullet proof as the 3310 it mimics it'll outlast all of time, and some.
It's quite fun to leave it on view and see people double taking when they see it.
