I’m curious. Apart from the striker situation I think Newcastle done alright.

Dubs,PSR goalkeeper to Ramsdale
Miggy to Elenga
Longstaff to Ramsey
Thiaw Champion league level CB (can cover RB)

Wilson was never fit and might as well played with 10men when he came on. I have no doubt if the Rat stays he will play. Soo possible outcomes come windows end.

Rat stays and no replacement for Wilson.

We end up with two Rats. (Isak/Wissa)

We end up with no rats (not going to happen)

We end up with two strikers and no rats (who knows)

Not that disimilar to how Van Dijk left Southampton, who is now our Captain, has won everything and is a real leader. Not worried at all. Going from a Newcastle to a club of the magnitude of Liverpool and the opportunity that presents makes it understandable why players sometimes feel they need to do this to get their move.

Obviously they don't care at all like almost all football fans when it's in their favour, over anything. I mean it's funded with the blood money we all claim to hate so much. Same with United fans when they got a sniff of that money or Everton fans not caring when they got dodgy money.

And now it's about poor Isak being upset about a gentlemens agreement. An agreement if you go back and look at the 2021/22 transfer thread everyone laughed about with regards to Harry Kane but they can now see why Isak is so upset.

Not from. liverpool fan but this made me chuckle while reading back some of the comments in that thread.....

Didn’t Strasbourg also lose their last 2 home game’s against teams with basically nothing to play for, meaning Chelsea wouldn’t be relegated to the europa league.

Personally, I cant say that I care what players do, as long as they score the goals which win us major trophies.

As an example, I still think that Suarez is one of the greatest players to ever play for us and would have kept him for as long as possible, yet he physically attacked people on more than one occassion (which is FAR worse than anything Isak has done)

Also tried/threatened to sue to get his move to arsenal, which is why Isak will be reintegrated into the Newcastle team

no he didn't - Gerrard spoke to him an told him arsenal are a bag of ***** (he only wanted to move for cl football), wait another year and you'll move to a bigger club than them.
