Yea weirdly the fan made "deepfake" type stuff looks better than the big budget job they did in the shows.
After the bad looking one they did of Luke at the end of Mando season 2, they just used the body double actor who looked like him anyway.

Those look pretty dreadful too, neither character is blinking and their faces don't move at all, just their mouths (and then at the end weirdly their shoulders start going up and down like they've run a marathon). The technology is just not there, it's always better to have an actual actor. If they want to do more Luke in the gap then it has to be a recast.
Saw a YouTube video of two cartoonists I like drawing Marvel figures and ragging on the franchise (“Slightly Artistic: Marvel with Harry Partridge”) which is a couple of years old but very funny, causing me numerous ‘lols’

the reality is, companies settle all the time when things are bad for press. we don't know what the settlement was. remember she settled too. so does that mean Gina must have had a really **** case for her to settle? who knows.
but you've decided already that disney bad, gina good as this fits what you want to be true.

seeing as the whole reason they didn't renew her contract was to avoid bad press, I would imagine they settled to avoid further bad press
Well Disney did fail to have the case threw out multiple times

Shame, it would have been crushing for them, especially in the trump climate. She was great in the series and should have returned. Probably a big settlement! Won’t have to worry about money again.
