Google Pixel 10 Series (10/10 Pro/10 Pro XL/10 Pro Fold & Pixel Watch 4)

Boooo! No fair, I've bought loads of phones from them. Loyalty is for suckers I guess!
I guess no need to give you an incentive, where as I get a voucher as I've not bought a phone from them for 4 years. I agree it sucks, would be nice if loyalty was rewarded, but I guess its the same way most companies work. :(

I will offer my £100 store credit (until expiry) to anyone with a £150 promo code - as long as I'm not breaking any rules!

Tempted to upgrade my 6 Pro but have no interest in buying anything else from the store so the credit won't get used.

I'm a little tempted to offload the V3. Three are giving enough in trade-in to cover the cost of the 10 Pro. A bit of a downgrade maybe. But no more Honor jank. No more unreliable Honor camera. Built-in magnetic charging. And a better selection of accessories.

Each to their own I guess. I've personally not had any issues with mine. Agreed on the camera, it does some funny things with faces sometimes but for everyday pics it's taken some very good shots (coming from someone with a DSLR and a Fuji mirrorless). On the whole it's been great, super thin, battery lasts ages, charges very fast and the SW does all I'd want from it. Other than the SW being slightly bland I really don't get what people complain about, it seems to have a lot more multi-tasking features than the Pixels, not quite as much as the galaxy folds but those extra features don't really make the use of the screen space anyway.

The only thing that drives me away a bit is that it's Chinese and the shadiness that comes with that, not that the Americans tech companies are any better :D

Well, I caved in and ordered the Pro XL, going to cost me £600 with trade in and store credit.
which colour ?

i was so close today to placing an order...CS was supposed to call at 3pm and never did... had a good deal...lets see if they can get it done tomorrow...

Why in 2025 is 128Gb the starter level. The cost to move these to 256Gb starter is probably a few quid per phone. Just feels like they drag out the storage options on phones for as long as possible.

After swearing I wouldn’t, moonstone 256 Pro ordered. 8 Pro goes to trade in with EE… doing it this way works for me.

I love the 8 Pro, but it’s a beast, which sucks a bit when I’m carrying a 16 Pro fruit themed fondle slab around as well!

I like having 512 as it's my main workhorse can't imagine dropping back to 256.

How come you got £150 off?

I have Pixel 7 Pro and never got the £150 off for the new 10.

My biggest gripe with my Pixel 7 Pro. I always find the phone slow since the day one. Reset it many times. I accepted it's a slow phone. It takes ages to 'Process' a photo, far longer than my old phone Huawei P20 Pro. Loading some apps can be slow.

Is Pixel 10 Pro XL faster ?

Why is everyone convinced they need double their storage when their current storage is predominantly videos and images that are all backed up to the cloud drive?

I can be a pain not having them locally available and also that means there's an ongoing sub cost to keep enough online storage available to back them all up.

I've currently got 128GB with 73GB in use, but I'm still tempted to go 256GB as I'll likely keep this phone a few years and it will be a pain if I do start running out.

I don't keep much locally though, and in theory I think I should be okay with 128, but it's a tricky one.
