Anyone got any decent rumours that are likely to be true?
My Series 7 is a bit old now, the S10 didn't really add anything new, other than making it thinner, which doesn't interest me, I'd rather have better battery life, but hey..

Hoping the S11 will bring something new to the table sensor wise so I can bin off the Whoop4 I'm trialing...

Maybe the Ultra 3 if that brings something new?!
 
I'm so glad I got my ultra 2. It's taking an absolute battering from my clumsy arms, and despite a few small bits around the outside of the bezel it's holding up remarkably well after 18 months of use.
 
I'm a bit far back with the S7, but there's not really been a reason to upgrade, just want something new and shiney, but want it to actually give me more...
 
With the event being less than a month away (rumoured to be the 9th of September) I'm curious what everyone is hoping to see at the event and whether you are planning on buying anything or upgrading something?

For me the 17PM and Ultra 3 are the things I'm most interested in.
 
New Iphone because Im due an upgrade and the battery on my 14 is starting to get tired.

I need to upgrade my watch but I suspect given Im still on a 6 if the new ones see a drop in price of used I will be happy to go to an Ultra 1 or 2.
 
Unrealistic but ideally making the stuff they build now cheaper… The products are mostly so good it’s only the price that I think is a little high, especially for non-base products and iPads that are basically computers. I’d actually drop those. However here’s some other ideas:

Investment in software for a more unified and modern OS with less silly bugs and more performance, probably for Apple silicon only.

AirPods Max 2 (cheaper, slightly lighter please with a less ridiculous case).

120Hz ProMotion screens as standard on MBA.

Also a new Vision (non pro) product that makes the experiences more mainstream and less expensive.
 
I agree with AirPods Max 2. If they came out and I got the 17PM I would no longer have any lightning devices (apart from my keyboard) which would make charging easier.
 
I should also have raised the obligatory request for a less dumb Magic Mouse design that isn’t an ergonomic and charging joke. I mostly use the Magic Trackpad though.
 
I didn’t realise it was 60Hz. That’s pants. Absolutely agree it needs to push 120Hz ProMotion as a minimum as I suggested with the MBA lineup as well.

Zero interest in buying anything, but can't wait for iOS19 release due to key security features
 
Honestly, nothing. I think my 14 Pro will happily do me another year at least. It still feels as good as now apart from the degrading battery, but that's not an issue yet.
