Anyone with any experience of using pneumatic tubing instead of soft tubing ?

I've a SSF underway and I'm not sure standard soft tubing is going to allow the sort of bends I'll need. I'm done with the effort required for hard, so am looking at alternatives. I've seen a couple of Youtube videos where 8mm tubing has been employed with push to fit fittings. Even those are tiny by comparison. But I slightly worry about flow rates, and whether it would impede the pump.

cheers

After doing a quick google search, pneumatic tubing and soft tubing is the same thing - made from the same compounds I mean

But with push to fit fittings and smaller diameter tubing. The fittings are much cheaper too

Google anti-kink coils. Yeah they look a bit funky, but you only need to put them wherever your tight bends are.

Can also get reinforced tubing
Used in cars
Comes in various diameter for fuel, oil, etc
Bends better than the usual soft tubing
Before it kinks
Used it before when I needed tubing
The same day
Luckily got a few local car factors I could
Pick some up from

Thanks

I've got some tubing and fittings which I'll try out. I'll report temps and the like.
