Google Pixel 10 Series (10/10 Pro/10 Pro XL/10 Pro Fold & Pixel Watch 4)

How does the enhanced trade in work with the mobiles website? £250 on top of the £160 offer price? Its not very clear.

I've not used this before but as far as I can tell, it's all tied to your new phone purchase.

You order a new Pixel now and then send your old phone in for trade in. The £160 is dependent on the phone condition and may be negotiated down but the £250 is a bonus on top linked to your order number. If they end up offering you £100 for your old phone and you accept, they bank transfer you £350.

Through ID mobile, we had to trade in the P8P for £230, then they e-mailed us a form to complete for the additional £250, where you had to input the upgrade order number and the trade in reference number. They will be sending the payment seperate.

i've added p10 128gb to my basket. it shows

is this the voucher code peopel talking about? or is there an additional £100 to be had? as the credit is annoying. rather just have that discount

It's part of the promotion they're running atm. Annoyingly I didn't realise you get store credit back from Google One as I'm only on Basic till earlier today. I'm going to reject/ return my P10 when it arrives (can't cancel anymore) then sign up to Google One Premium for 10% store credit and order the phone again. That will give me £180 store credit to use when the watch goes on sale. Just need to remember to downgrade from Premium once the 3 months promotion for that ends. :)

I've got a pixel 9 pro xl 512gb, from what I could tell this is pretty incremental /not worth the upgrade for me? (albeit with a lower cost if I trade in). Guess Ill wait for 11 or 12

Even the 8a to 10 or 10 pro is pretty incremental in the UK, never mind a 9 pro XL. I live in a hot country and the used 9 Pro XL I acquired for the kids did thermal throttle in my kids gaming and the battery was not great as a result.

If you do suffer from thermal thottle then I would take a look, otherwise, nah. Although the U.S specific live transation features look awesome but very use-case specific.

From my 8a the telephoto lense, magnetic ring, 30% battery life bump (TBC), charging speed and the RAM increase are solid upgrades inside what is, the same size form factor but a bit slimmer.

I cant get a 10 pro in blue but i can get the OEM blue case which is important to me.

Pulled the trigger on the 10 pro this morning, been using Apple for the last few years but I'm still very much ingrained in that Google eco-system.

Will pick up the Pixel Watch 4 on release as well, using my Google Store Credit from the promo and the 10% back from One.

Also requested a transfer of my iCloud Photo's and Videos (85gb) which says will take 3-7 days, not something I've done before when switching so will be interesting to see how that comes through.

Really like the look of the 10 Pro and the feature set. Went for the 128gb which I don't think I'll regret was using about 100gb on my current iPhone but there were a lot of apps taking up space I never deleted which even came at the time of getting it.

Looking forward to launch day.

Totally agree mate, if I had a 9 I wouldnt be upgrading right now.
Yeah to be honest it's more of a pain signing in all my apps etc so for something so small I'm not going to bother.

Similarly, I have a pixel watch 3 45mm and think it's the same affair there, I think I'll just upgrade both in a couple of years maybe.

I'm on a 7 pro here and frankly I cant even justify this upgrade, the 7pro is still a good phone and mine works perfectly.

Yeah I agree. I'd originally decided to not bother upgrading from my 9 Pro XL but somehow I've managed to get more data and a cheaper monthly contract by using O2 switch up.
