Summer Transfer Window 25/26 *Sponsored by Bigpig*

I keep replying on socials trolling liverpool fans.

Isak on loan to VFB imminent 25m fee with 75mil option to buy.
Bayern were going to buy Nick Voldemort in 1 years time.
Stuttgart likely sell Isak to Madrid or Bayern instead now, but Isak only wants Madrid.
Win for Isak, NUFC & VFB

Isak loan with option to buy only reason Nick deal got done.

 it sounds so plausible, and I bet he wouldn't go Liverpool if he had a better option, proper 4d chess

Just quoting this for the level of second hand embarrassment and complete lack of self awareness

Seems spurs are signing Xavi Simmons. Must be something wrong with him if Chelsea didn't add him to their 100man squad after being linked with him all summer, guess they thought Garnacho was the better option

Man Utd fans must be happy he's coming to the premier league, finally someone to challenge Bruno as the whiniest little runt

Losing your best player to the defending champions just seems a bit strange to be celebrating.
I honestly qoulds be glad if he goes to liverpool and they realise he has injury problems, only fit enough to play 60mins and he's startinng to seem like someone who just doesn't have the attitude.

You realise he played about 600mins less than salah last season? even though salah almost retiring.

Best players wanna play and they wanna play their best.

Isak is looking like another rashford I don';t think he has the attitude of an elite striker, he'd wanna score goals, set career records etc.

he's not doing that on strike, he obviously doesnt care about any legacy or personal records just money.

Remember when Wilson at declining age used to give Isak a run for his money and fight for a position in the team....

people only see the videos on youtube, they don't see him playing for 90 minutes, most of the time pretty invisible

Looks like Slot wants to keep hold of Elliott now, for this season at least, hopefully he actually intends to play him otherwise thats bad for Elliott. Not going to lie, from a purely selfish point of view I'd be happy to see him stay.

The Isak mess is disgraceful - if I was Liverpool I wouldn't even want him after the way he has behaved. What's to stop him doing the same to Liverpool in a couple years time. I'd be not making any offer whatsoever and let Newcastle deal with the mess.

Interesting as many players have done things similar over the years, what should happen if Newcastle sign Woltemade and Wissa but don't sell Isak where does that leave them in the whole PSR balance

You have no idea what might have happened behind the scenes though. Lots of changes at the top. Last thing Isak wants to do is annoy the PIF though!

I'm sure he's looking forward to 5 or 10 minutes here and there. He needs to go for his own sake, it's clear the manager doesn't rate him - if he racks up more than 180minutes in the next 10 games for example I'll eat my hat!

Bayern fans don't give up easily, he was doing a daily count, now he posts a photo of nick in a NUFC shirt and still says it

you have to wonder if hes a mercenary now.
If he was elite mentality he would care more about long term records and scoring goals, can't believe he would have watched the NUFC V Liverpool game and not wondered what he is doing...
Elite mentality surely wants long term records, as many goals as possible, as many minutes as possible, they want to be the best, not sit out games and go on strike.

Wouldn't be surprised if he sees Liverpool as a stepping stone either.

When hes good hes good, most people only see the skill reels on youtube he often disappeared on the field, and I don't think it's because he wanted to leave Newcastle the whole time.

look at some of the scoresheets when we scored 5-7 goals and isak was playing... we had that match where like nearly everyone in the team scored a goal, he shoulda been banging them in
surprised he doesn't want man utd, but I guess there's very few teams who can afford him right now, next season that changes and some big european teams will be looking. ones hes no doubt interested in.

Mind you, the flip side of that is that it means he scored only 6 goals less than Salah, despite playing 600 mins less football than Salah.

Ultimately I'm not massively fussed if we sign him or not but even if he only stays for 3 years and then moves on, if his goals in those 3 years win us titles then I cant say that I'd be all that miffed at him. Especially if he then moved on for a British transfer record fee.

salah has assists though

only 6 assists from 45 goals his team mates scored

whys salah got almost twice as many shots as well, is it because isaks useless after about 60-65mins and goes afk on the pitch I wonder.

Honestly don;t think he has the elite mentality, ideally he's probably someone you bring off the bench with about 30 mins to go.

It's weird because he has a marathon runners build, but doesn't have the stamina they do.
