He appears to be in this forum, plus having experience is nothing to with it and you're only citing an opinion on his talent, which he has proven to have many, many times.
Being an underdog means being expected to lose https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Underdog thus you're confirming I'm applying the correct usage of the term.
I get what you’re saying but underdog feels like the wrong word given they have equal resources. Williams is an underdog, whereas Ferrari aren’t underdogs, they’re just useless.

reasonable race - shame its a track not suited to F1 eh
I like Zaandvoort as a track, crazy with lots of stuff happening and no rest for the drivers but as an F1 track? Nah. Only got back into F1 calendar because of Max really. Won't miss it when it drops off.

Would like to think the championship isn't over but with how well Oscar's driving this means Lando is going to need to win the next few races with Oscar 3rd at best to get some points back.

The 10 second penalty for Sainz was confusing.

Kimi A made a major mistake hitting Leclerc but I guess George will be happy about that. Thought Charles' overtake was fair on Russell.

I am referring to Lando's status in this forum where many seem to have written off his chances and make incorrect statements about his skill set.

Crashes aside, it was a pretty dull race for the most part. Still unconvinced that Sainz caused a collision, and his penalty matching Kimi's makes no sense at all.
Also: season over, Lolando, etc.

Ferrari had better bring an amazing package for 2026 because the SF25 is a total pig :(

So Hamilton has a five place penalty for next weekend's race for not slowing down under yellow flags.
When it all goes wrong it definitely seems to accumulate...

Nothing seems to be going right for him and the next race we have is at Monza. When it rains, it pours.

Antoneli needs to give his head a wobble as do the stewards that gave Sainz the same 10 second penalty.

Kimi had one chance to get past whilst Charles' tyres were getting up to temperature, he didn't nail it and it ended poorly for him, but I wouldn't want to see him pass up on those kinds of chances.

Sainz's penalty seems harsh, I'll need to see it again, but I think the stewards felt it was never on and he caused it by sticking there and not giving Lawson space. 10s is the standard penalty now so fair enough to give the same penalty.

I echo the sentiments although I do enjoy this circuit for the gimbal camera shots because of the banks. They always looked so good.

That's pretty premature. 9 races to go.

It will only take a dnf from Oscar when Norris wins for it to be game on again.

Oscar has to be the massive favourite now, but I don't think it's "over"
I don’t mind if it is over or if Oscar wins I just want to see them go wheel to wheel properly.
We always get so close to a battle and something scuppers it.

Four 1-2s in Norris' favour and if my maths is correct, he's leading the WDC with five races to go.

The fat lady isn't singing just yet.

Five 1-2’s, Norris is 34 points behind with 7 points difference between 1st and 2nd.

Not impossible it could happen but given how close they’ve both been, I’d say highly unlikely.

Given 5 wins would pretty much tie them, he’d also need to win 2 of the last 4 (assuming Piastri gets a couple wins). I don’t see Norris winning 7 of the 9 last races so think his championship hopes rely on Piastri having some bad luck and not scoring/DNF.

Oops, thought the gap was only 27 points now, without checking!

Although it's not over we've lost a lot as casual viewers. I want piastri to win myself.
But I do not want a snooze fest.
The drama and anticipation is much reduced.
Instead of piastri having to overtake in a risky way he will probably just not now.

Norris can mentally pass the blame too a bit now.

I wad really looking forward I seeing another rosberg/Hamilton fight.

Feel well robbed
