I had the same issue as a lot of people originally where the offer wasn't showing, but when it started appearing for everyone over the weekend I tried and was able to redeem. I can confirm I had YouTube premium and the 2TB plan, so I guess it should be fine with those. I'm not sharing them with family if that makes any difference.

Just spotted that the Spigen Tough Armour car has gone from 19.99 for my pixel 9 to 29.99 for the pixel 10.
You might need to drop the youtube premium sub to then claim the offer. It's counted as an add-on to the Google One plan, and you can't claim the offer if you have any add-ons. I presume you can re-sub to premium after you get the offer to apply, but I'll leave it to others on here who've been through it to confirm.

Did you not need to drop your YT premium sub? If not then that's good news.

I ditched my nest aware plus sub in preparation for this, just to comply with the T&Cs as best as I can.

I didn't, no. I think their support may have caused some confusion around this as it's one of the reasons they were giving when everyone was incorrectly missing the offer.
You probably have to cancel that one first.. my wife had shared her Google one with me and I had to leave her group before I could redeem
I'm so dense..is there a way to backup timeline on the old device? Or do you mean a whole phone backup and reset the pixel 10? I really can't see me doing that as I spent all afternoon yesterday setting up banks and updates and all.sorts.
I got my trade in payment today. I didn't know you were meant to log out of your account before doing a factory reset. I did click 'logout' online after sending it, no idea if it made a difference.
Just go into maps, timeline, the cloud icon and turn off the backup, that will delete the backup from the cloud, then turn backup back on and it will create a new one and upload it.
Give it an hour or so before you restore to the new device though, just so it has time to process in the background.
I got these for 10 Pro and XL and seems to work as expected.
It covers screen quite to the very edge so its quite tight with case. Not lifting yet but might once start using.

I've never done that on any of the pixels I've traded in, it's all done as part of the factory reset option
To be fair, the instructions they give do say to say to remove your account before factory resetting, I followed that as I wanted to ensure nothing could go wrong with the process. But I did then notice when I did the factory reset that it was one of the first things it said it was doing.
